We accept returns for defective products within 7 days after receipt.
International orders are non-returnable and non-exchangeable under any circumstances.
WhiteSand is not responsible for any international shipments lost in transit.
Returned items must be in the same condition as when received, including the original packaging and box. Tags must remain attached and the item must not be washed — otherwise, the product will not be eligible for return or exchange.
Please note that both original and return shipping fees are non-refundable.

Once your return or exchange is successfully processed, you will receive a confirmation email from us. Returns that do not comply with our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.

Note: Items purchased during online sales or promotions cannot be returned or exchanged. If returned despite this policy, the item will be sent back to the customer.
